The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Userex Design Studio. The content you generate using the AI belongs to you, subject to fair use.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Userex Design Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. The AI outputs are for informational purposes and should be verified.

5. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
