Personal Data Processing Notice

1. Data Controller

This notice is issued by Userex Design Studio, operating under the "Vion AI" brand, as data controller.

2. Scope

This notice covers data processed for business-to-business promotional contact. Data of platform users and customers is covered by our Privacy Policy.

3. Data We Process

• Corporate contact addresses such as info@, contact@ or reservations@ — role addresses published openly on the business's own website, not tied to a named individual.
• Business details: business name, website, city and sector.
• Public listing data: rating and review count published openly on Google Maps.
• Contact history: message date, delivery status and any opt-out you submit.

We do not collect named personal addresses (e.g. first.last@company.com), national identifiers or special categories of personal data. Addresses containing personal names are filtered out automatically.

4. How We Collect It

Data is collected automatically from pages the business publishes openly on its own website and from public business listings on Google Maps. We do not buy or acquire lists from third parties.

5. Purpose and Legal Basis

Purpose: introducing Vion AI products to your business.

Legal basis: legitimate interest of the data controller under Article 5/2-(f) of Law No. 6698, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

6. Transfers

Data is shared with Resend, Inc. (email delivery, United States, using Amazon SES), Google LLC (Firebase storage and the sending mailbox) and Vercel Inc. (application hosting, United States). Business listings are retrieved through Serper, which receives only a city and sector query and no data about you. Data is never sold or transferred for third-party marketing.

7. Retention

Data is retained while the promotional purpose remains. If you opt out, your address is kept solely to ensure we do not contact you again. Records required as evidence under Turkish law are kept for three years.

8. Opt-Out

Every message carries a link that lets you opt out free of charge without registration or login. Opt-outs take effect the moment you use the link and your address is added to our suppression list.

9. Your Rights

Under Article 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information and correction, request erasure, object to automated analysis, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
